How do I order?

Choosing the right product

Search our categories and find the item you wish to buy. Go to the product page or add the product to the cart directly from the category page. 
On the product page you will find additional information regarding the product. Read the information thoroughly to make sure the product is right for you. 
Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.  

Checkout

Once you have proceeded to checkout, you must add all your personal information so that we can send your package easily and quickly. Be sure to double-check your information, so that your address, email and phone number are correct.

Enjoy our free shipping, as your package is delivered to your door free of charge in the US.  

As for now we only offer payment via PayPal, but we are working on providing more options, which will be added as soon as possible. 

Be sure to read and accept our terms of trade and privacy policy.

Then click the “Proceed to PayPal” button to get to the payment page.

Make sure not to click the back button in your browser as this will destroy the payment. Be patient, let the payment complete, and you will see our success page with your order number.

Credit/Debit cards

You can pay with all major credit cards and debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. 

We are working on providing more payment options for you. And if  there is something you are missing, please write us an email and we’ll see what we can do. 

When your order has gone through, we always send an order confirmation to the email address you have entered under your details. If you have not received the email, it may be due to:

  • The email is in your spam/promotions folder. Remember to check them both 😉
  • You have made a minor typo in the email address, which we need to correct. Contact our customer service, who can help you.
  • Your mail provider is blocking our mail system. The domains that work best are Hotmail, Live, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. Contact our customer service if you need to change your email address.
  • You have multiple email addresses and your autofill feature has selected the wrong one in the checkout flow.

Still haven’t received your order confirmation? Maybe your order didn’t go through. Check whether there is a payment reservation in your PayPal accont, and if so contact our customer service. They can help to see if the order has gone through correctly. If you write to us, please remember to include your full name and address so that we can find and confirm your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email immediately after placing the order. 

The products are delivered free of charge to any address in the US. 

As some of the products are sent directly from the manufacturer, you might receive your order in multiple packages. 

Cleaning

Before use:

We recommend that you always clean your toys thoroughly before and after use, using warm water and a mild soap.

For anal toys always use an antibacterial cleaner. We recommend using Lelo’s Antibacterial Toy Cleaning Spray – Find it HERE

It is best to store your different toys separately. Some products cannot withstand being stored together because their materials react negatively when they come into contact with each other.

This applies to the following materials: TPE, TPR, PVC and silicone. Please note that the warranty does not cover if you have stored your products incorrectly.

You should therefore always store your sex toys separately from each other. If you have the space for it, you can store your sex toys in their original packaging, or you can find alternative storage solutions.

It is also important that you store your products in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

If the material or surface of a product has been frayed, damaged or destroyed in any way, stop using the product and throw it away.
